Sharlene Ann Johnson, RDH  -  Registered Dental Hygienist

Sharlene studied business administration at Los Angeles Valley College and received her associate's degree in dental hygiene in 1999 from Tarrant County College, Northeast Campus in Hurst, Texas. She has worked with Dr. Boyd since 2005. She is a member of the American Dental Hygienists' Association and the Texas Dental Hygienists' Association. Sharlene has been a delegate at the Texas Dental Hygienists' Association state conventions in 2001, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011. She participates in the Dallas Dental Hygiene Society's Mentor Program to help students grow in their profession. She also serves the local association as First Vice President and Program Chairman for 2010–2011 and 2011-2012.
As a caring professional, Sharlene volunteers to apply fluoride twice a year to needy children, an event hosted at Mark Twain Elementary. She also serves on several fundraising committees through the Dallas County Dental Hygienist Association.

Gloria J. Henderson, RDA - Registered Dental Assistant

Gloria began her career as a Registered Dental Assistant in 1980 and has worked with Dr. Boyd since 1995. She was employed at the University of Texas Dental School in Houston for 12 years, where she helped teach dental students and worked with special needs patients. She is certified in dental radiography, nitrous oxide monitoring, infection control, and jurisprudence. She returns to Houston each year to help with the state board dental examinations.

Gloria was Vice President of the Texas Dental Assistants Association for 2009-2010. Gloria was the 2009-2010 President of the Dallas Dental Assistants Association, which was her second consecutive term as President. From 2010 through 2012, she is serving that same organization as First Vice President and Program Chairman.  She was awarded "Dental Assistant of the Year" 2009 - 2010 by the Dallas Dental Assistants Association. She is also a delegate to the Texas Dental Assistants Association. Gloria was on the Board of Directors for 139th Annual Session of the Texas Dental Assistants Association for 2009, and currently on the Board of Directors of ATI. Prior to this she was secretary of the Dallas Dental Assistants Association from 2004 through 2006. She was appointed Chairman of the Southwest Dental Conference Dallas Dental Assistants Association for 2007. Gloria never met a stranger and will keep you relaxed and laughing during your dental visit.

Annell "Nell" Pavageau, RDA - Patient Care Coordinator

Nell has been in the dental field since 1978. She has been a business assistant since 2004 and will be happy to help you with any questions you may have. Most of her years have been spent as an assistant in the clinical areas, which is a great asset at the front desk. She is also a Registered Dental Assistant and holds certifications in radiology, jurisprudence, nitrous oxide monitoring and infection control. Nell is a "people person" who loves music, including live concerts and collecting CD’s. She adores animals, painting, as well as flower arranging. She likes traveling, camping, swimming and shopping. She is a hard worker who cannot stop until she gets it right.

Rhonda K. Bradford RDA - Registered Dental Assistant

Rhonda is a graduate of the Kaplan College for Dental Assistants, an accredited school.  Besides finishing at the top of her class, she is also certified in dental radiology, jurisprudence, infection control, and CPR administration.  From July to November of 2010 she interned with Dr. Boyd and her staff after which she was hired to join us full time.  She is a team player and a fast learner.  She is the mother of 16 and 18 year old daughters and an 11 year old son.  Besides spending quality time with her family, she loves to dance and swim.  She also refinishes furniture, upholsters and restores, and is involved in home decorating.

Barbara has worked with Dr. Boyd since 1988.  She began working in the dental field after taking early retirement as a marketing executive with AT&T.  She works with the local community in charitable ways.  As you will see, she is known for her sense of humor.

Lindsey has been working in the computer technical field for over 26 years, and started working for Dr. Boyd in 2003. He specializes in small office computer and network support. His strong, calm demeanor lends itself to the often angst ridden task of keeping our system running smoothly.
